STM is an aggressive Die and Special Machine shop with an excellent
track record of on-time delivery and quality.
Our Die Department builds Progressive
and Transfer System dies of all levels. At this time our largest
tryout press is an 800 ton 60" X 144" with automatic
derailer and feeder.
Our Special Machine Department
builds Assembly Fixtures, Robotic Welders, Hydraulic Pierce Presses,
Function Testing Equipment or anything to suit your needs.
We have our own Design and Engineering Departments,
designing both Dies and Special Machines in solids using Solid-Edge
software.
With the help of our Quality Control staff, we can guarantee defect
free parts and tooling and we are committed to meeting and exceeding
our customer requirements in all areas. Engineering changes and
servicing of dies is also in our realm of expertise.
